Deliverables
What you get
What people take away
Everyone leaves with three things
Sales team

A practical example: ABC Plastics
- Before
- Everyone in the sales team used AI their own way. Some pasted the whole price list and customers’ phone numbers into free tools.
- What CROSS does
- A one-day workshop for the sales team: one AI tool in the company’s name, a shared set of prompts for replies and quotes that follow company policy, and clear data rules.
- After
- The whole team works from one prompt set, replies to customers are more consistent, and customer data stays inside the company account.
Formats
Three ways to learn, chosen to suit your team
Lengths marked “usually” are typical; the actual plan is fixed after the survey.
On-site workshop
1–2 sessions, usually one day
For leaders or staff. Exercises use your company’s real work in sales, marketing, customer care and operations.
Online course with coaching
Several short sessions, usually a few weeks
One topic per session, with homework. Between sessions a coach answers questions and reviews the work.
Training with a rollout
Part of the project
Your staff learn to use and run the very AI and automation systems CROSS builds for your company.
Programmes
Each team learns its own work
One course can combine several teams. Exercises always come from your real work.
- Leadership
- Where AI saves money and time, where to start, an AI-use policy and data safety.
- Sales and customer care
- Using AI to draft replies to customers, prepare quotes and write follow-ups after a quote.
- Marketing
- Using AI to find ideas, write posts and ads, and check them before they go out.
- Operations and admin
- Automating repetitive work: compiling reports, data entry, documents from templates.
Data safety
Use AI without leaking company data
Every course includes this part.
- Use only the AI tools the company has approved, on company accounts.
- Never paste customers’ phone numbers, contracts or financial figures into unapproved tools.
- Read every AI answer before it goes to a customer.
- A written AI-use policy that every new hire is walked through.

How it works
From first call to handover
A workshop usually takes one day; an online course usually runs for a few weeks.
- A free 30-minute callYou tell us which teams need training and how they use AI today. We suggest the right format.
- Survey and a fixed quoteWe look at how the work really runs, then send the scope and the cost in writing before you sign.
- TrainingA workshop or online sessions, with exercises on your company’s real work.
- Coaching after the courseWe answer questions, review their work and update the prompt library.
The cost depends on the scope. After the survey CROSS sends the scope and the cost in writing, and you sign only once you agree.
FAQ
Questions about this service
Don’t see your question? Call or message us on Zalo at +84 909 685 155.
Can staff who aren’t technical keep up?
Yes. The course skips AI theory and teaches real work: open the tool, use a ready-made prompt, adjust it to your own task. The exercises come from each person’s daily work, so anyone who can use Zalo and email can keep up comfortably.
Which AI tools does the course use?
Whichever tools your company uses or plans to use, for example ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. CROSS prefers business editions on company accounts, so the company can see who uses them and for what. The prompts are written to work even if you change tools.
Will company data leak when staff use AI?
The biggest risk is staff pasting customer data into free tools on their own. That is why every course includes data safety: approved tools only, company accounts, no sensitive information pasted in, and every answer read before it goes to a customer.
How soon can staff use it at work?
During the course itself. Everyone practises on their own real tasks and leaves with prompts they can use the next day. In the online course there is homework and a coach between sessions, so people actually use AI rather than just listen.
How is the training cost worked out?
It depends on how many people attend, how many sessions, on-site or online, and whether it comes with a system rollout. After the call and the survey, CROSS sends the programme and the cost in writing, and you sign only once you agree.
Does training come with a system rollout?
It can. If CROSS builds an AI assistant, automations or Bitrix24 for you, the training is built around that system so your staff can run it themselves. If you only need training, the course stands on its own, with no other service required.
