AI assistants & automation
An AI assistant answers customers 24/7 from the price list and policies you approve, while copying details, alerting sales, reminders and reports run by themselves, on time, every time.
- Timeline
- Usually 1–3 weeks
- Channels
- Website, Zalo
- Accounts
- In your company’s name
Mock-up · sample data
Note: it answers from your price list, then hands over to a person.
- Replies at once, even at midnight
- Holds a slot or books a call-back
- Logged and passed to the right person
Sound familiar?
Who it is for
- Customers message after hours and wait until morning for a reply
- Staff lose an hour a day copying data between tools
- Reps forget call-backs, and nobody chases the quotes
- Month-end reports still mean merging Excel files by hand

What you get
Illustration · a fictional business
A practical example: ABC Dental
- Before
- Patients message on Zalo about prices and appointments after hours. Reception has gone home, and by morning many have booked elsewhere.
- What CROSS does
- The AI assistant answers from the approved price list and holds a slot. Appointments go straight into the customer list, and Zalo reminds each patient the day before.
- After
- Evening messages get an answer at once. In the morning, reception only calls to confirm the slots already held.
Automations
One automation is one “when …, then …” chain
Three examples below. On the 30-minute call we pick the ones that cost you the most time.
When someone leaves a number on your sales page
then log them in the customer list and message the assigned rep on Zalo
When nobody has called them within 15 minutes
then alert the manager
When it is 7:00 in the morning
then post yesterday’s report to the Zalo group
Works with the tools you already use:
- Zalo OA
- Google Ads
- TikTok
- Bitrix24
- Pancake
- KiotViet
- Sapo
- Haravan
- MISA
- Google Sheets
- Gmail
- WordPress
Compared
Hire an evening receptionist, or let the AI answer?
An evening receptionist
- One person, one shift; on leave means nobody answers
- Answers one customer at a time
- Every new hire learns the price list again
- One more salary every month
The AI assistant
- Answers 24/7, holidays included
- Many customers at once
- Only says what your approved documents say
- Hands over to your staff the moment a person is needed
How it works
From first call to handover
Usually 1–3 weeks from when you approve the assistant’s documents.
- A free 30-minute callYou tell us what customers ask and what is still done by hand. We point out what to do first.
- Survey and a fixed quoteWe look at how the work really runs, then send the scope and the cost in writing before you sign.
- Build and testWe build the assistant from your approved documents, add the automations and test them with real customers.
- Training and supportWe train the person in charge, hand over the guides and support you for 30 days.
The cost depends on the scope. After the survey CROSS sends the scope and the cost in writing, and you sign only once you agree.
Technical detail (for your IT person)
The automations run on n8n, software that connects your apps, installed on a server in your company’s name or on n8n Cloud. Self-hosted n8n has no licence fee. AI usage is paid straight to the provider, as used.

Note: each box is one step; the “no” branch asks again on Zalo.
Ms Lan clicks your Google ad at 21:47, long after the office has closed.
The quote form on your sales page: name, phone, what she needs.
Bitrix24 creates the lead, records the ad source and assigns a rep straight away.
The system alerts the rep on Zalo, sends the customer a Zalo confirmation, logs to Google Sheets.
The rep sees a Zalo alert on their phone. Ms Lan asks a question and the AI assistant answers at once, after hours.
At 07:00 next day, one Zalo message sums it up: new leads, call-backs, meetings, deals.
From the moment the form is sent to the alert on the rep’s phone: 4 seconds, and nobody types anything in. Next morning, you read one Zalo message.

FAQ
Questions about this service
Don’t see your question? Call or message us on Zalo at +84 909 685 155.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
The assistant only answers from documents you have approved, such as your price list, policies and common questions. Anything outside them, or anything it is unsure of, goes to the person on duty. Every conversation is saved, so you can review it and improve the documents.
Is customer data safe?
The server, the AI account and the customer list are all in your company’s name from day one. CROSS only has access during the rollout and support period, and you can revoke it at any time. The assistant only reads the documents you allow.
How soon is it running?
Usually 1–3 weeks from when you approve the assistant’s documents. One assistant on one channel with a few simple automations is the quickest. Anything that must connect to sales or accounting software takes longer, and the timeline is written into the quote.
What do I need to prepare?
Your price list, policies and the questions customers ask most, in any format: Word, Excel or photos. On the 30-minute call you describe how your team works, and CROSS points out what to hand to the assistant and what to automate first.
How is the cost worked out?
It depends on the scope: how many channels the assistant covers, how many automations, and whether it must connect to software you already use. After the survey, CROSS sends the scope and the cost in writing before you sign. Software and AI fees, if any, go straight to the providers.
